Yarnapalooza

So this is a picture of my haul from the Fold last Friday. I feel like I really need to get knitting. I am planning to make a sweater with most of it we shall see how it goes.

Yarn Harlot Day

We got up yesterday morning and drove out to the Fold in Marengo, and I bought bunches of yarn, it was nice to get some things I had been wanting on sale for the Summer Solstice Sale. Then we went to lunch and drove to Nana's Knitting shop and saw the Harlot early. I think some of the other pictures turned out better, Stephanie is holding Helen - Christine's baby but Christine is blocked out of this picture by Michelle who isn't looking. Her talk at the hotel after was great and both babies made it through and were very well behaved.

Another baby present completed

It seems like every time I get in the groove of working on projects for myself I have to start working on a baby present. So here should be the last baby gift I have to knit this year ; )

And I got some more done on my aquaphobia sock. I had a Dr.'s appt on Wednesday and ended up sitting in traffic for almost 2 hours for a 4.5 mile drive so I got some rows done then, and now this is my project focus again.
